Let's continue to do good beginnings)

Owing to my new work is sitting hence health harmful, I desised to have a new habit - to do regular exercises in during of my work. By way of this I set one of my alarms to remind me about exercises every half an hour. I wonder if it will be work..

  1. What exactly you do? What kind of exercise? For arms or for legs, maybe for eyes?)
    It's really good idea! But where do you do exercise? How do yore colleges relation for this? Maybe you have yore own cabinet?

  2. Well, It's easy: I haven't my own cabinet, so time by time I go out to an entrance of a work building. Then I can breath fresh air and move my legs and hands and head) But not every time, in the rest of times I do some moving exercise at my workplace, and eyes too, yeah!
